Bradfield HR is a trusted provider of HR services. We develop tailored HR solutions to suit a business’ needs, providing full time and/or part time onsite HR Professionals to SMEs across London and are able to offer telephone and digital consultancy services outside of London.

Our Team

All our HR Consultants are CIPD qualified and are experienced in handling employment law related issues, as well as the full spectrum of HR activities. For on site work, you will be assigned one consultant who will build a strong relationship with you, so that the consultant is often regarded as a member of your management team. This enables us to have a unique perspective on the HR issues encountered, as we draw on the expertise of our senior HR colleagues at Head Office and those on other client sites and backed by our retained legal service.

Employing full-time permanent HR professionals can prove expensive, but with our flexible HR onsite service, your business can have a HR professional onsite to manage the function for you.

Unlike most HR outsourcing partners, we provide a physical presence at your place of business to support you, leaving you to focus on other areas of your business.

Based in the greater London area, our onsite HR service is ideal for small to medium sized businesses (SMEs) up to 150 employees, that require flexible and sometimes part-time HR expertise onsite.

If your preference is for off site support then we can offer packages to cover off all of the necessary items needed for a sound infrastructure plus innovative benefits to make your employees feel valued and supported.

For a per monthly fee per employee we can offer the following:

  • A standard, compliant contract of employment
  • A standard, compliant staff handbook
  • End of telephone advice on ER issues, from experienced HR Consultants
  • An HR System with self-service for employees and set up and implemented and administered by us for you.
  • Payroll services: we gather all of the data from you in time to meet your payroll deadline, and submit it to our payroll partner for processing
