About The Bradfield Group

Bradfield HR is a trusted provider of onsite HR services.  We develop tailored HR solutions to suit a business’ needs, providing full time and/or part time onsite HR Professionals to SMEs across London and the Home Counties.  Established for over 50 years, we have strong relationships with clients across a range of sectors including transport, retail, leisure and tourism, hospitality and social enterprises.  

We have extensive experience of managing day to day HR activities such as contracts, documentation, policies and processes as well as handling recruitment and employee relations.  We also provide strategic level HR advice to Boards and Senior Management Teams as well as carrying out HR projects such as TUPE, redundancy and restructuring.

All of our specialists are practising HR professionals with a minimum of Associate level membership to the CIPD meaning that they have constantly renewing examples of best practice in action.  We have varying levels of HR experts within our business ranging from HR Managers through to Board level HR Advisors.  This means that our clients have access to all of our HR expertise no matter the level of their assigned HR Consultant.
